Channel 15 & 16 Staff
	Paul Legassey Executive Director Channel 15 Paul has been with Channel 15 & 16 since it first came on the air in June 1999. His prior professional TV experience includes: B.A. University of Vermont, 1980 Psychology M.A. Boston University, 1983 Broadcast Journalism 3 years with Turner Broadcasting, Atlanta, Georgia; CNN Sports, Headline News, Superstation WTBS, Atlanta Braves baseball 7½ years WCAX-Ch 3 Burlington, Vermont, Production Department 9½ years Roman Catholic Diocese of Burlington, VT Office of Communications       Christine came to Channel 15 & 16 in October 2001. Her educational credentials are a Mus.B. of Music Education in 2000 from SUNY College at Fredonia. Her professional duties include: Weekly Program Scheduling Videotape Editing Bulletin Board Production: Audio/Graphics/Camera/Lighting Studio Directing On Air Event Managing Videography: Shooting Local Events Coordinating Volunteer and Freelancers Activities Live On Location Set-Up and Field Production She is also making fine progress in learning to Ice Skate. Christine Merges Programming Director Channel 15 & 16       Joanne started as a volunteer in 2001 and was hired part-time in 2003. She has a BS in Studio Art: Serigraphy 1978 from the College of St. Rose in Albany NY, and a MLS in Library Information Science 2005 from the University of N. Texas. Her professional duties include: On Air Bulletin Board and Schedule On Air Event Managing Videography: Shooting Local Events Studio Directing Studio Camera Operation Webmaster Weekend Oversight She has 75% more cats than children (or, 42.9% less children than cats) but suspects that they all shed equally..
